Hi, my name is Debbie
Dodson. I came to Crossing Point Christian School in 1995 as
the school's director. I had previously worked in the
classroom as a teacher of three and four year olds. Before
having my children I taught fourth and fifth grades in the public
school system.
The philosophy of CPCS
mirrors my own - putting children first and meeting each child's
individual needs. My goal is to provide each child with the
opportunity to experience success and develop a love for learning.
My husband Dan and I, along with our
two children have lived all over the US before making Texas our home
in 1994. Dan and I are enjoying our lives as Empty Nesters but are
blessed to have our adult children close by. Dan and I enjoy
spending time with our children and grandchildren as well as our
wonderful friends. I spend my leisure time, when not with my
grandchildren, reading and scrapbooking.
First Christian Church
is also our church home. The dedicated ministers and members
of FCC nurture our spiritual life. I am proud to be a part of
such a wonderful congregation and the ministry of Crossing Point
Christian School.
